Brewing your own potions is really easy. Visit a
gypsy on any island and select the potion recipe you want. Then start
combining the ingredients to create the potion. Try 'em out today!
Sandra Tew has placed great trust in Pirates by sharing her potion making skills with everyone in the Caribbean. Playing with ingredients like hot magma, scorpion venom, and cursed extract can be dangerous! Luckily, she was kind enough to provide Pirates with some of her own recipes as well, to insure that they would not have any...unwanted side effects. While you cannot currently make your own original mixtures, I am sure you will enjoy Tew's Swashbuckler Stew and many more of the available brews while you work your way to becoming a Potions Master!

Sandra Tew is always testing different brews! Surely she will develop something new in the future, but so far her test batches have been a bit...explosive. Keep brewing, John Lockvane! I am sure you will fix an elixir that suits every adventure.
This is the way Miss Sandra Tew explained it to me, Stardust. When the brew is complete, it will be stored in you inventory. Open your see chest to view your potions, and drag out the bottle you would like to use. Just drop it in your clammy Pirate hands, and they will do the rest of the work instinctively. As soon as you have swallowed the potent elixir, it will take effect, so do not drink it until you are ready for the adventure ahead!

Ahoy Christopher Plunderstack! The marksman potion works on all firearms as does the voodoo potion with all staffs and dolls. So be sure to have plenty in hand. Your enemies will never expect your mastery of potions!
Well, David Barrelshot, it seems Sandra Tew has made the recipes as simple as possible so that no Pirate ends up making something they might regret. She knows her stuff so you can be sure you will not blow yourself up.
Ahoy Anne Burnbain! The ingredients you use to brew the potions are already at the table. You simply combine extracts and follow the recipes until you are complete.

Nathaniel - to earn the crab, scorpion, and alligator potions, you must work hard on your potion making because they are available when you reach Level 20! Keep working on it, mate! If you mis-match powerful ingredients, they will not explode, but can cause you to lose that level, so be careful!
