Navigating the fierce waters of the Caribbean can be scary. We're sure you've encounter some spine-chilling moments. Share them with us by taking a screen shot of the action. You could win a cool Pirates Online collectible plus, be the envy of Pirates all over the Caribbean.

Aye, sounds like a great competition! I have to admit that I've run into some pretty terrifying situations during me voyages and explorations around the Caribbean, most are still haunting me dreams! But I always try to make sure I don't go into too dangerous places when taking me screenshots... Though that prize might just be worth a Knock Out, eh?

I fought Jolly Roger today with all of my friends and my crew. It was super-hard!!! There was waves of Brigands that went to six and after that, Roger came. It was painful, let me tell you that, but in the end, we defeated him and he said "This didn't go as planned! RETREAT!!!" So...yeah... and i'm also excited about the scary pic contest. I will try to wiggle that into my busy schedule.

I waited until an invasion began and took a ton of shots of that, then entered my best pic of it into the contest! It was a really cool shot, I doubt anyone will be able to top it! But one thing: this skull you win... will it be like the founders golden F, like something displayed beside your pirates name, or something else?

It can be of anything you think is scary - undead skeletons, a ghost ship or the price of sloop (we're kidding about that one), but be creative and have fun! Ahoy to all! Just a tip, you can hit the F12 key to hide all the unwanted labels and you'll be able to take a fine screenshot. Use the right click to get a better view of things you can't normally get. From the notorious pirate Nate Badcutter.

COOL!! I entred a screenshot of me finishing off Jolly Roger using flaming skull while chained to the ground and being attack with his "desolation" attack. II have one question- do you havee to press F12 before taking the screeshot or can it b with the health and everything? i just took the screenshot quickly cuz i though it was scary enough and itt was the only time i could ever capture it so i quickly pressed F9 to take the screenshot without thinkinh about F12- Does that really matter? pls reply

I hope that the screenshot I entered of a little mishap I had with my ship a while back gets me a chance at winning. Are there more winners than just the top 5 grand prize winners? Of course!
